Coach Supervision

Coach supervision provides the opportunity for you to develop your own professional competence and confidence as a coach, enabling you to stay at the top of your game. Coaches play an important role in helping leaders and organisations to change and I work with coaches to deliver this support in the best way they can. For your client organisations it provides reassurance that coaches they engage are working to the highest standards professionally and ethically.

What is coach supervision?

Supervision offers a confidential, supportive and safe space to explore and reflect upon all aspects of your coaching practice:

  • Ethical and professional: supporting you in working to professional and ethical codes of conduct
  • Developmental:  supporting you in developing your competence as a coach, exploring your skills, your approach and the tools you use
  • Supportive: providing a safe, non-judgemental space for you to articulate and explore your doubts, concerns, insecurities, as well as your successes.
  • Business: focusing on developing aspects of your coaching business

Who I work with

I work with professionally trained coaches who have the same passion for making a positive impact that my coaching clients have and who want to provide the highest standards of coaching to their clients. My clients are either coaches who have their own private coach practice or are part of an internal team of coaches within organisations. I have specific expertise in providing supervision to those coaches who work with teams and partnerships and also work with consultants working with teams.

I also offer mentor coaching to those coaches who are undertaking ICF credentialing or renewal.

My Approach

A strong, open and trusting relationship with your coach supervisor is crucial if you are to fully benefit from all that supervision offers. I recommend that you speak with several supervisors before deciding who to work with.

I offer one to one, pairs supervision and group supervision, each having their own advantages..it depends on what is right for you.

Once you have decided that supervision is for you, I will spend time during your first session setting the foundations for how we work together. Depending on how many coaching hours you undertake, sessions are usually scheduled every 4-8 weeks. If you require immediate supervision to tackle pressing issues then additional sessions can be arranged.

My coach supervision service is available face to face for UK clients, or online using Zoom video conferencing for long-distance and international clients.
